NDIS SDA Housing Certification (Class 1 and Class 3 buildings)
Acting as the Certifying Authority (PCA) carrying out of mandatory construction inspections during the course of building works,
Issuing of occupation certificates for all building classes.
Plan drawing for dwellings, Commerical and Industrial developments for DA/CC or CDC Compliant design.
Providing National Construction Code (NCC) compliance/audit reports for new buildings at concept/design stage.
Carrying out of fire safety audit inspections to assess existing buildings against the National Construction Code (NCC).
Preparing proposals for DA Approval including plans and other related documents.
Provision of written advice for Planning, Building and Construction matters for Builders and Certifiers.
Assistance to Solicitors in preparation written materials and advice or Expert Witness for NSW Land and Environment Court or Supreme Court.
Assistance to Certifiers with review of documents, clarification and advice.
Assistance to Local Council’s to undertake independent review of determinations or Approvals to be issued.
